To ensure a safe environment for children in care, an early learning provider must comply with the following requirements. Light fixtures must have shatter-resistant covers or light bulbs. Provider had plastic bags to store dress up costumes in licensed space for dramatic play. Provider had light fixture with non-shatter-resistant cover light bulbs.
